CMTA Licensing - $45.00 Good for the entire 2026/2027 Fight season. A link to complete your digital ID will be sent to you first week of February.

Corner Passes - All corners participating in the tournament require a corner man pass. Coaches that are not registered will not be able to participate. Corner passes include licensing for the 2026/2027 fight year. A link to complete you digital ID will be sent to you once you have registered online.

Parent Passport - If your child requires a parent chaperone new this year is our parent passport which will allow ONE parent to be with their child in the back room during the event. Parent Passports do NOT allow access to ring side only to back room to support child safety. All passports MUST be purchased at time of registration.

ATHLETE CHECK IN

All fighters must be present and ready at 11:00 am.

Please make arrangements to be there in advance.

YOUTH ATHLETES - Must have a legal guardian present (NO EXCEPTIONS) Coaches cannot sign a waiver on the parents behalf. Permission to compete signed by a parent allowing the coach to make decisions on their behalf MUST have NOTARY as well.

All Female athletes over the age of 12 will be required to take a pregnancy test at weigh ins be prepared for this to take extra time.

ATHLETE AND CORNER CHECK IN

8:00 AM

All corners must be checked in prior to doors opening to the public. There will be no staff assisting participants after that time. Any corner that is not checked in will have to come in as a spectator and will not be able to be in the back room or ringside.
